Amy Swygert is a mom of two beautiful girls, a wife, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a cat owner, a friend and a neighbor. As a 17 year cancer survivor, Amy works to fight cancer as VP of Strategic Communications Planning at the American Cancer Society’s National Home Office in Atlanta, GA by day. In her extremely limited spare time (when she is not mommy-ing, working or taking care of her health), Amy encourages moms to find their voice as a mommy advocate at her blog Up With Moms.
